LAIMBIO

The Medical Image Analysis Lab (LAIMBIO) is the main lab in the Madrid region providing medical image analysis services for clinical trial design. It is focused on medical image, processing and medical image quantification as well as statistical analysis of multimodal data. LAIMBIO is the laboratory #167 of the official trial laboratory network Madri+d (RedLab) and of the Rey Juan Carlos University laboratory network (RedLabu).

The lab has participated in more than 30 projects at the European and national level, and holds research partnerships with research centres in Europe (King’s College London, Erasmus University in Rotterdam) and the USA (MIT, Harvard). It is part of the Computer Vision and Image Processing (CVIP) group of Rey Juan Carlos University that brings together 15 faculty in all areas of computer vision.
